Marathon routes in France

Paris is France's entry and one of the largest marathons in Europe, run through the centre of the city rather than around it, from the Arc de Triomphe to Avenue Foch. There is no qualifying standard for the mass field: general registration opens online and sells out quickly, with a ballot for the most popular waves.
